Wills has been the engineering partner of choice for Leblanc Enterprises for over 20 years.
Parkview Hills is a 30-hectare, multi-phase development of single and multi-family units nestled in the north-east corner of Cobourg.
Wills’ contribution included the development of the community high school site.
Of particular note on this project was Wills Master Drainage Plan respecting the sensitivity of the adjacent environmental area to the east of the subject site including the protection of Midtown Creek against erosion and flooding.
