Multiple Disciplines
Wills completed the design, tendering, and project management for multiple disciplines, as well as construction administration and inspection work for the 10 Hospital Drive Redevelopment project for the Peterborough Clinic.
This project consisted of a multi-stage improvement plan for the existing parking lot area for the facility. The work for site redevelopment included removals, site servicing procurement and installation of a new storm sewer and underground Storm Water Management (SWM) system.
Works also included the installation of a new turning circle drop-off for patients for easy access to the building, a new north entrance onto Weller Street and traffic ramp to provide joint access to the parking lots. Additional work included parking lot lighting, pay station and gate guards, concrete curb, a new pedestrian walkway system and landscaping. This project to be finished in the Spring of 2021 with final surface asphalt.
